Whether you are a brand new business, a growing small business, an established company, or a nonprofit serving our community, the Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce has a membership level designed to fit your goals. Each level builds on a strong foundation of shared benefits, with added opportunities for visibility, networking, and community impact as you grow. Explore the options below to find the right fit for your business.
Nonprofit Memberships
Nonprofits are the heart of a thriving community, and the Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to support the missions that make Windsor stronger. Our nonprofit membership levels are designed exclusively for nonprofit organizations, offering tailored benefits at accessible rates so your organization can focus on what matters most: serving the community.
Please note: Nonprofit category benefits are exclusive to the tier they are listed with and do not build between tiers.
Non Profit — $225
Reserved for nonprofits exclusively at ½ price of the Momentum Level for up to 15 employees
Supporting the missions that strengthen our community.
Includes all shared membership benefits, plus:
- Non profit only trainings
- Non profit logo within website directory listing
- Free feature annually in Chamber Newsletter (provided by non profit)
Non Profit Leader — $1,000
Reserved for nonprofits of over 15 employees
Non Profits working toward making a strong impact in our communities, partnering with the Chamber, to expand the reach of the Non Profit through engagement, visibility, and a deeper partnership with the Chamber.
Includes all Non Profit benefits, plus:
- Share in weekly newsletter up to 10 times per year
- Free attendance to Wake Up Windsor and Business After Hours
- Opportunity to speak at the New Member Mixer 2 times per year
- Priority placement of business materials in Chamber Office
- First opportunity for booth in Chamber Office for Main Street Wine Walks
Business Memberships
From new ventures finding their footing to established companies expanding their reach, our business membership levels grow with you. Each tier builds on the one before it, adding more visibility, more opportunities, and a deeper presence in the Windsor business community. Choose the level that matches where your business is today, and step up as you grow.
Foundation — $300
Up to 5 employees
This base level membership for connection and visibility.
Includes all shared membership benefits, plus:
- Ability to post quarterly member to member deals on the Chamber website
- Opportunity to host Ribbon Cutting at business
- Share in the weekly email newsletter up to 4 times per year
- Email newsletter welcome recognition
- Member pricing at special events
Momentum — $550
Up to 10 employees
Our preferred small business membership level for higher visibility with the intent to grow and expand their reach.
Includes all Foundation benefits, plus:
- Chamber website enhanced directory listing as business name, category, website, and full description with social media links, logos, videos, and photos
- Ability to post job listing or volunteer opportunities on the Chamber website
- Ability to host Wake Up Windsor and Business After Hours
- Ability to display business flyers and material in the Chamber Office
- Share in the weekly email newsletter up to 8 times per year
- Listed in up to 3 categories under the directory
- Additional vendor booth discount of $50
- Early access to sponsorship and vendor opportunities for signature events
- 2 tickets to Business After Hours (to be used once each annually)
Advance — $1,000
Over 10 employees
Expand your reach as a growing business with more opportunities to be in front of the community and grow your network.
Includes all Momentum benefits, plus:
- Share in weekly newsletter up to 10 times per year
- Discounted second membership for an affiliated location
- Opportunity to speak at new member mixer 2 times per year
- Priority placement of business materials in Chamber Office
- 5 tickets to Business After Hours (to be used once each annually)
Legacy Leaders:
Legacy Leaders help shape the direction and vitality of our Chamber. Their increased investment goes beyond benefits—it fuels initiatives that strengthen our local economy, elevate member businesses, and foster collaboration. These members are recognized not only for their visibility, but for their leadership, influence, and commitment to the success of the entire business community.
Signature — $3,000
Enhanced exposure and engagement for organizations ready to stand out and deepen their community involvement.
Includes the benefits listed above and:
- Signature recognition on the Chamber directory
- Signature recognition at select Chamber events
- Signature recognition at the Windsor Chamber Annual Awards Gala
- Share in the weekly email newsletter up to 15 times per year
- 2 tickets to the Windsor Chamber Annual Awards Gala
- No cost to attend Wake Up Windsor or Business After Hours

Influence — $5,000
