A proud native of Northern Colorado, I bring a lifetime of local insight and authentic connection to my role with the Windsor Area Chamber of Commerce, backed by over twenty years of dedicated service and advocacy within our region’s communities. Currently residing in Johnstown with my husband Oscar since 2021, I cherish our blended family of four sons, two daughters, and eight grandchildren—alongside two beloved fur babies.
My career journey has spanned multiple vital fields, providing me a breadth of perspective essential for strengthening Windsor’s economy and fostering meaningful business relationships. For over 15 years, I worked as a Case Manager with the Department of Human Services, supporting individuals and families across Northern Colorado. I further deepened my commitment to advocacy as a Victim's Advocate for the Greeley Police Department and as a Parent Educator for C.A.R.E. (Child Advocacy Resource & Education). Leading a diaper ministry through our church reinforced my dedication to grassroots community support.
After a life-altering car accident in 2009 required me to step back and focus on my health, I returned to professional life in 2016 with a renewed passion for Human Resources and community engagement. My leadership journey continued at Exodus Moving and Storage, where I started as Project Manager in 2022 and was promoted to Marketing & Sales in July 2023. My strategic vision and collaborative spirit have made a tangible impact on the company's ongoing growth, success, and regional/national recognition.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places, antique shopping, hiking Colorado’s beautiful trails, and most importantly, creating lasting memories with my family and grandchildren. These diverse personal and professional experiences enable me to offer unique insights into Windsor’s economic climate and cultivate effective business advocacy—all while championing our Chamber’s mission to support, connect, collaborate, and enrich the Windsor area.

I am a Northern Colorado native and an alumna of Colorado State University, where I earned my degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. For many years, I worked as a virtual assistant, supporting small businesses and gaining hands-on experience in organization, communication, and service. I later joined Constant Contact, where I strengthened my marketing and customer service skills while learning from hundreds of organizations about their unique challenges and needs.
I earned my NMLS license and worked as a production assistant supporting residential loans in the mortgage industry. When that company was consolidated, I transitioned into healthcare administration in Windsor, where I found great fulfillment in helping patients and their loved ones.
I began attending Windsor Chamber events in 2023, and Women of Windsor quickly became something I looked forward to each month. The Chamber reignited my passion for community, collaboration, and supporting local businesses and nonprofits. I realized I wanted a career that energized me in the same way those Chamber events did. The support I received from the people I met through the Windsor Chamber was beyond anything I imagined. When the opportunity to join the Windsor Area Chamber arose, I anxiously applied and interviewed. Being offered the role was a full circle moment, and one I am incredibly grateful to be living.
Outside of work, I enjoy music, movies, exploring local restaurants, spending time with loved ones, volunteering, and listening to podcasts. I am also a very proud aunt to six nieces and nephews, all under six, with another on the way. My 12-year-old rescue pug, Yoda, keeps me on my toes with his youthful spirit and daily walk requests. My love for animals and rescue organizations has always been an important part of my life, and I have a heart for service that has led me to be involved with many organizations over the years.
I truly believe in the power of people coming together, and I am excited to contribute to the Chamber’s mission of strengthening the Windsor community. I am thankful for the opportunity to support our members and celebrate their successes.
