The Town of Windsor, with a population of just over 15,000 residents, is fortunate to boast over 116 acres dedicated to parks. Several new park areas are currently under construction. As Windsor continues to grow at a steady pace, the Parks and Recreation Department is working hard to make sure that there will be enough outdoor space for all to enjoy.

The largest finished portion of the trail extends from Eastman Park in Windsor to 83rd Avenue in Greeley. This area includes some of the most beautiful portions of the Cache La Poudre River, with majestic views of the Rocky Mountains and abounding with wildlife.

Golf Course

Scotland, Monterey Peninsula, Long Island… Windsor! While it’s true that Windsor is an unlikely golf destination, we have three outstanding courses in town. And there are many more impressive golf facilities within easy driving distance.
