Windsor Chamber - Where the Networking Possibilities are Endless…

It is important in the business world to make new contacts. The Chamber provides you with several opportunities each month to network with other business leaders and promote your business.

Ambassadors Program - The Chamber has recently formed an ambassadors committee whose purpose is to greet new members at all Chamber functions and to represent the Chamber at ribbon cuttings and ground-breaking events for Chamber members. Chamber Ambassadors also host Business After Hours and Business Before Hours events, and serve as a welcoming committee to all new Chamber Members.

Brochure & Business Card display at the Chamber office - Each Chamber member may display their business cards and brochures at the Chamber office located at 421 Main Street.

Brown Bag Lunch Seminars - Fourth Wednesday of the odd numbered months, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the Chamber invites guest speakers to discuss ideas to help Chamber businesses thrive in our community. Each Brown Bag lunch is held at a different location. Contact the Chamber for location and topic each month or for more details.

Business after Hours - On the second Tuesday of each month from 5:00p.m.-7:00p.m., the Windsor Chamber works together with Chamber businesses to provide a relaxed atmosphere to exchange ideas and business leads. This event is held at different locations each month offering all members the opportunity to promote their business by becoming a host.

Business before Hours - On the third Thursday of each month from 7:30a.m. - 9:00a.m., the Windsor Chamber works together with Chamber businesses to provide a relaxed atmosphere to exchange ideas and business leads. This event is held at different locations each month offering all members the opportunity to promote their business by becoming a host.

City Maps - The Chamber produces a community-wide map each year for distribution to all new residents and visitors to our area. Chamber members have the opportunity to advertise on the Windsor Town map and with a distribution of 5,000 maps, this is an excellent advertising venue for members.

Discounted Advertising - The Windsor Tribune offers all new Windsor Chambers members Buy ONE ad and Get the Second Ad FREE (no copy changes please). Each year upon renewals Chamber Members also receive the same special of Buy ONE ad and Get the Second Ad FREE (no copy changes please).

Internet Web Site - The Chamber has recently launched a new website that offers information on all of our Chamber businesses and has the capability to link to websites of Chamber member businesses.

Leads Group - The Chamber supports one “Leads Group” offering Chamber members the opportunity to form a business relationship with fellow members and to exchange information on potential new customers and clients. This leads group meets the second and fourth Tuesday at noon at Eagle Mountain Wealth Management located at 205 4th Street. If you are interested in participating in a Lead's group contact the Chamber at 686-7189.

Mailing Labels - Chamber members have the opportunity to purchase a packet of mailing labels at a greatly reduced cost. The Chamber also posses a Bulk Rate Stamp allowing Chamber Members the opportunity to mail saturation mailers at a substantial reduction in cost.

Membership Decals - Each Chamber member receives window decals for their business and car windows, proudly identifying them as Chamber members.

Member to Member Discount Program - Each Chamber member receives several specials discounts and promotions offered only to Windsor Chamber Members through the Chambers Member to Member Discount Program. This offer provides Windsor Chamber members with thousands of dollars of potential discounts throughout the year.

Membership Dinner Meetings - On the third Tuesday of the even-numbered months, from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., the Windsor Chamber provides guest speakers discussing topics of importance to Chamber members and the Windsor community. For upcoming Dinner Meetings refer to the Chamber Events calendar

Membership Directory - Chamber members are listed in the Membership Directory, which is published each year. These directories are mailed to every home in the area, are distributed throughout the community and are inserted into all relocation and new resident packets. Given this wide distribution, the Windsor Chamber of Commerce Membership Directory has come to serve as Windsor’s own telephone directory. Members have the opportunity to advertise their business in the directory.

Monthly Newsletter - Chamber members receive a monthly newsletter, outlining special Chamber events or promotions. Members can choose to advertise their own services for a fee.

Opportunity to participate in community wide events/activities - The Chamber hosts several community-wide events. Our members are able to participate in these events and each event offers advertising opportunities.

Ribbon Cuttings & Grand Opening Celebration coverage - The Windsor Chamber will be on hand to photograph and attend all Chamber Member Ribbon Cuttings and Grand Opening Celebrations.
