Creating a Strong Local Economy

• Dedicated to helping local businesses grow their business by taking the lead in programs and efforts that help create a strong local economy and make our community a great place to do business.
• Work with the Northeast East Central Small Business Development Center to have office ours in Windsor each week, to ensure that all new Windsor businesses have the opportunity to start their business with all the resources available.
• Partnership with the Town of Windsor, Upstate Colorado Economic Development and Northern Colorado Economic Development Corp. to ensure that Windsor continues to be a strong competitor in future economic development in the Northern Colorado region.

Promoting the Community

• The chamber takes the lead in promoting the community by helping to recruit new businesses to locate in Windsor, participating in efforts to improve the "Quality of Life" in Windsor. and by advocating our community as a great place to work, do business and raise a family.
• We have a formed a strategic partnership with various outside groups to promote the Windsor community:  Colorado Association of Commerce & Industry, Western Association of Chamber Executives, Upstate Colorado Economic Development, Northern Colorado Economic Development Corp., and the Weld County Workforce Investment Board. 

Education and Communication

• The chamber provides a number of educational forums, programs and workshops to enhance our members knowledge in operating a business and provide them with valuable information, so they can make informed strategic decisions to achieve their business goals.
• Throughout the year, the chamber holds several events and promotions to enhance the "Quality of Life" in Windsor, and to encourage the residents and business owners to shop locally and to increase communication in the community.  ie.  Meet the Leaders Night, Windsor Business Expo and the New Teacher's Breakfast.
